Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery:

All pieces are made to order, and will take up to 8 weeks to get to you.

UK orders are posted Royal Mail First Class Signed for unless an alternative shipping method has been agreed.

Please note that we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Returns:

Custom jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Resizing is possible on most items. However, this will be an additional cost unless the studio is at fault.

Deposits for bespoke items are non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for customs and import charges/taxes, and postage.

A window of 14 days is given for a full refund on non-bespoke items, any item returned after that will not be refunded.

Refunds take 3-5 business days.

We do not accept returns on items altered by other artisans, and are not responsible for damage caused by the wearer.
